How it works!
Tell Us Your Story
To start the process, fill out the questionnaire linked below. This is where we discover your wants, needs & wishes for your space. The more information you give us, the better we can help you!
Hire Us!
Once we decide to ‘make it official’, sign our contract, send in your payment & get us your plans and inspiration images so we can get started. Inspiration images should be spaces that you completely love. This will give us a gage on which direction to take aesthetically. Don’t have plans? We can recommend a third-party as-built professional to measure your space and get us what we need to begin successfully!
The Proposal
You’ve made us official & now we’re proposing! No diamond rings involved though - sorry. We will first create a vision board that conveys our vision for your space.
The Plan
Once this direction is approved, we will put together a design proposal. This may include one or more of the following: Floor Plans, Elevations, Furniture & Fixture Selections, Material Selections, Tile Plans, Schedules, etc.
Turning Dreams Into Reality
Now that you have an approved vision for your space that is perfect for you, your family, your lifestyle and your space, we will take your design and make it a reality. This may include some of the following: Purchasing materials*, Coordinating deliveries, Meeting with contractors and Site visits, to ensure all is going smoothly and per plan.*
Finale
Once the dust settles, we’ll schedule trades to install your furnishings and accessories to complete the process. We’ll be there every step of the way!
Starting at $4,500 a month
*Additional fee for purchasing. The contract or letter of agreement will outline the full fee schedule.
