I always say that a project is never really finished, but sometimes a new project starts before the last one even got a chance to get photographed! That was definitely the case with this Ultra Modern Home! Can you believe this client is moving into a new house on Monday? What a whirlwind! I am beyond honored to be helping him with the move and really enjoyed our last project together. I couldn’t help but take a few photos while I was at his old house though this week tying up loose ends. Hope you enjoy!

When you are working with a house like this, it’s all about showing off the features of the amazing architecture.

These pieces were some of my favorites we did in the home. A custom dining table from Hudson Furniture, Kelly Hoppen dining chairs, and this gorgeous light fixture I got from Mogul Home … and don’t even get me started on this amazing wall finish Angel did to soften the space just a bit.

I know! Most people can’t tell if he’s real or not either!? What a fun piece! I love how you can have a little fun with art in a space like this.

We had this custom air hockey table made to fit the space, and I just love the eclectic details around it including that fun petrified wood stump to set a drink down while you play.

Here’s a full shot of the space from the other side of the room! I don’t even know what to focus on first … This incredible custom light fixture we had made in Italy or this super plush sofa from Kreiss Furniture

… and I am absolutely obsessed with this Minotti coffee table and all of the fun accessories we used to make this space that much more special.

The upstairs living room also features an ultra plush sofa from Kreiss Furniture, a mix of fun pillows from Barneys, this cool coffee table …

… and some other fun art pieces by Alec Monopoly

Here’s another pretty view of the room and another cool guard on display.

To finish off this room, we picked out this awesome acrylic backgammon table from Interlude and paired it with two chairs from Restoration Hardware Modern that fit it just right.

I am sure you can tell why I didn’t want this one to pass by without at least showing some photos. I am the kind of person who is always waiting for the room the be “perfect” before photographing it, but I am happy with how this turned out and even happier that I got any photos at all! Now let’t start that new project!
