As I have mentioned, it was a long road finishing this home, but when you see this room I think you will agree it was well worth it! I know it’s not right to pick favorites, and I definitely have many elements and rooms in this home that I love, but I think this might be my most favorite one of all! May I present to you this gorgeous marble master bathroom!

Upon entering, you can totally see why I love it so much! This gorgeous panda marble from Tristone completely steals the show with its larger than life pattern, and the limestone floors from Westside Tile and Stone pairs with it perfectly. A special shout out to Sistone for being the most amazing fabricators in this business!

What’s truly special is we didn’t just stop with the marble walls. We continued the marble all the way around this amazing bathroom including on every side of these modern vanity cabinets matching the pattern every step of the way. This took a lot of preparation as you can imagine. I, along with the clients, met with Sistone on several occasions to view the superimposed drawings they created in AutoCAD with the client’s own marble slabs they had already purchased. For the make-up counter, we decided to break up all of the marble and cover it in beveled mirror.

As I mentioned, the marble is the showstopper, but what makes this master bathroom even more special are all of the extraordinary details. We covered this vintage stool in the most fabulous green Mongolian fur and selected just the right accessories from the client’s collection to place on the countertop.

Here’s a view from inside their open shower concept complete with floating bench, and frosted glass windows.

A view from the other side … As you can see, the windows work on a switch glass system to go from frosted to clear at the flip of a switch. The modern bathroom fixtures finish off the space nicely. Don’t you think?

I wasn’t kidding when I said that every inch of this bathroom is covered in marble. Even the water closet looks stunning!

It feels surreal to finally have this space done, photographed, and up for everyone to see. I am pretty proud of this project, as I put my heart and soul into creating something gorgeous for this very special client. However, I couldn’t have done it alone. All carpentry done by Jackie Bitton Fine Woodworking, plumbing fixtures from BJ Discount, and this was an example of true collaboration between the vendors, me, and my client. We will keep taking pictures as each space is completed … Stay tuned!
