While Phil and I were busy planning our wedding, some of our close friends and family members were busy planning as well. We have been extremely fortunate in the last few months to have had two Bridal Showers (Garden and Boho Glam), a Henna Party, and Bachelor / Bachelorette weekends thrown in our honor. Each party host said the same thing … They felt the need to go all out with their creativity as they know that we would do the same for them! I guess someone was lookin’ to impress the party planner!! I had a little something for each of these hostesses up my sleeve as well!

I went to one of my favorite spots, Paper Source, and stocked up on almost everything I needed to complete all of the gifts. Don’t you just love the idea of providing a hostess with some new tips and tricks to pull out at their next event? I chose this book as the gift for Phil’s three aunts who hosted our first shower.

I quickly fell in love with this Paper Source print and knew I had to use it to wrap my gifts!

Gold foil thank you cards and hand decorated envelopes with gold foil initials finished off the look …

… along with an over-sized silk flower and gold foil ribbon. I love how these turned out!

This next beautifully wrapped gift (If I do say so myself), was for a very special someone … My twin sister Lauren! She planned an amazing weekend getaway for the girls and put so much heart and soul into creating the perfect details. I wrapped up a special silk robe for her to wear during our “Pajama Party” and in those comfy hours leading up to the wedding with some sparkly gold paper, some more silk flowers, and a bit of ribbon.

These “Hello Beautiful” mugs (also from Paper Source) were stuffed with crinkle cut paper and a Starbucks card too! A perfect way to thank my aunts and a family friend who threw me another most beautiful shower.

I added some cellophane, gold ribbon, a big pink rose, and a blush colored thank you card. Presentation is key!

One last gift was given to my Step Mom and my Aunt Suzie who threw us our Henna Party. I found these carafes and the large floral bags at Cost Plus World Market and dressed them up with a bit of florals and ribbon.

Each of these Garden Glam gifts was chosen and wrapped with love by yours truly. One of  the things we always tell our readers and clients is that gifts should be remembered for more than just what’s inside, and I truly believe it!
