It’s the end of the month, and we are extremely grateful for all of the design challenges and experiences that have come our way. Today, we continue to show you some of our favorites … 5 things that truly made us happy in the great big world of design this month. This has proven to be a great way for us to share sneak peeks into projects that are in the works (but not quite ready to show in their entirety), flashbacks of projects from the past, and highlight an interior or event vendor that deserves recognition. Enjoy!

#1: This little getaway! Lauren and I both made an effort this month to take a little time off. My family had an opportunity to “getaway” in the mountains with limited technology, lots of good food, and cooler weather. What a blessing! I encourage everyone (if you haven’t already) to find a way to take some time off / to yourself and getaway if possible. (Written by: Tami)

#2: This in a BOX holiday season! This holiday season was unlike any other we have experienced so far, and we can truly say we were thinking outside the BOX. Well, actually more like in it! We worked with some spectacular local businesses to curate the perfect gift BOXes for both Hanukkah and Christmas, and even had the opportunity to support local schools and non-profits along the way. This first holiday season for our in a BOX line was a success, and we can’t wait to continue to grow this side of the business in the New Year! (Written by: Tami)

#3: This construction project coming to an end! I have been working on this amazing remodel project for the last few months, and it truly has been a dream project for me. The client has incredible taste and is a total joy to work with. What more could you ask for! I’ve posted a couple of sneak peeks here and on our IG feed, and the remodel itself is almost complete, but there is still lots to do, furniture to select, light fixtures to order, and accessories to stage. It might take a little while before the rooms in this house are completely ready to show in their finished state, but believe me it will be worth the wait. (Written by: Lauren)

#4: This feature! We were incredibly lucky this month to be featured in the School of Styling’s holiday gift guide for our unique Hanukkah options. We love following along with their beautiful creations and love that they give so many business owner mamas tips of the trade. Keep up the great work School of Styling and thanks so much for featuring us this holiday season! (Written by: Tami)

#5: This holiday at home! This holiday was different for my family, but I secretly kinda liked it. The slower pace this year was a good change for a little while, and not having events every night of Hanukkah gave us a chance to build our family customs and traditions. From the comfort of our home, we were however able to see family most nights through the use of Zoom (which was new to us as well but also kinda cool). Happy holidays to all of you!
