It’s the end of the month, and we are extremely grateful for all of the design challenges and experiences that have come our way. Today, we continue to show you some of our favorites … 5 things that truly made us happy in the great big world of design this month. This has proven to be a great way for us to share sneak peeks into projects that are in the works (but not quite ready to show in their entirety), flashbacks of projects from the past, and highlight an interior or event vendor that deserves recognition. Enjoy!

#1: This holiday! Holidays are great because they give us an opportunity to spend much needed time with our families. This year we were with my husband’s family, and I love how Thanksgiving has become an all hands on deck event. Although my mother-in-law does an awesome job hosting, we all pitch in making a dish of our own and my sister-in-law’s cheese board was a huge hit! A few of us helped her style it and were having so much fun trying to fit in all of the amazing things she bought. How does your family celebrate? (Written by: Lauren)

#2: This theme! Last year, we were lucky to be a part of a very special event (as seen in our previous post, 1940’s Themed Casino Night). Not only was it a fundraising opportunity for a great organization but also a really fun night! This year, they promise to not disappoint with an equally awesome theme, and we are back on the committee doing what we do best … Planning out the decor! This “Denim and Diamonds” gala event will be so much fun to plan and attend. We can’t wait to share all the details. (Written by: Tami)

#3: This famous home! Does this Bel Air home look familiar to any of you? It might, if you keep up with a particular famous family that we love. Not too long ago, the exterior was given a completely updated look and then sold before that famous couple could even really make it their home. What does this have to do with us (You might be asking)? We are super excited to announce that this home is our newest interior project! I truly cannot wait to get started designing and to take you all along for the ride. Check us out on Insta Stories, as I share details from my “Designer Day” while working on this project. #4: This vendor! This month, Tami and I were invited to celebrate the launch of a new collection that was introduced this year in Milan. We had a chance to see the new furniture Italy 2000  had in their showroom, snack on tasty bites, drink Prosecco, and shmooze with their awesome staff! We have had a chance to work with this company many times in the last two years and have been very impressed with their customer service and their knowledgeable sales / design team. We highly recommend you check them out! (Written by: Lauren)

#5: This brand! We have been wanting to make some updates to our branding materials for a while now … This list includes new business cards with some very important changes, making T-shirts that show off our style and logo when working an event or an interior installation, and some very much needed updates to our website and especially the portfolio section. Two out of three of these things came to fruition this month as seen in this photo … One thing at a time, right? We absolutely loved wearing our new shirts at last week’s holiday decor installation (as seen in our previous post, A Christmas Village) and look forward to handing out our new cards to whoever will take them LOL. Next up, I must add photos to our portfolio that showcase the types of projects we have been lucky enough to work on the last few years. As we continue to evolve we grow more and more proud of the work we are accomplishing. Our website as it stands does not do our brand justice. (Written by: Tami)
